I bought one of these as a change of pace from the keep calm journal I normally useKeep Calm and Carry On Journal (Diary, Notebook) (Small Format Journal) It is smaller than that, but its just not as nice, that one feels like a real book, with a nice hardcover binding. I immediately picked this small notebook up at Barnes and Nobles after spotting it on the racks. It's a lined notebook, and the back cover is a full picture of the union flag. Very cool with the quotes "Keep Calm and Carry On." Useful advice whenever I become irritated for any reason.
My only problem with this notebook is that the cover (it's hard cover, yet the designs are printed onto it without additional protection.) I carry it a lot with me all over the places to write down ideas and inspirations for stories, and the graphics are started to be rubbed off on the sides. If you would like to keep it new and snazzy looking all the time, I would recommend making a cover or taping it up.
Overall, 4.5 stars.
I was looking for a small notebook to use as a maintenance logbook for my Mini Cooper and this fit the bill perfectly.
nice quality, sturdy material... like the washed out look!! it came selled in a plastic wrap so no loose or dameged pages!!
